Plymouth Road Animal Clinic, located in Grand Rapids Michigan and specializing in general medicine and surgery for canine and feline patients, is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. We are a close-knit, team-based small animal hospital with a very robust client base. We moved into our brand new, state-of-the-art 7000 square foot facility, in 2022. The happiness of our staff is of utmost importance and we ensure a great work/life balance!
General Responsibilities
-Answer phones using a multi-line system.
-Assist clients with general questions and scheduling.
-Record notes into patient records when indicated.
-Relay information provided by the veterinarian to the client when needed.
-Assist clients with financial transactions
-Answering and managing client emails and text messages
-Assisting the team when needed in other areas of the veterinary practice
Qualifications
-Must be reliable and punctual!
-Must be comfortable learning a multi-line phone system
-Must be comfortable with general computer work
-Must be comfortable talking to people
-Must be able to work in a team environment
-Experience as a receptionist/client service representative is ideal but not necessary
